Brigade Group launches new housing project near Bengaluru airport, expects ₹400 crore revenue

The new housing tower, Cobalt, is located in Brigade El Dorado, a 50-acre township in KIADB Aerospace Park, Bengaluru.
The new housing tower will comprise 948 one-bedroom apartments.
The company expects a revenue of over ₹400 crore from the 6.1 million square feet project.
Residents will enjoy 80 amenities, including a hospital, a central park, a multiplex, sports and retail facilities.
The project is expected to be completed in the second quarter of financial year 2028-29.
