The mainboard issue managed to sail through thanks to robust retail and Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) demand. However, the grey market premium (GMP) trend for the Brigade Hotel Ventures IPO turned muted by the end of the bidding period.

The ₹759 crore IPO was entirely a fresh issue of 8.44 crore shares. The price band for the IPO was set at ₹85 to ₹90 per share, with a lot size of 166 shares. This required a minimum investment of ₹14,110 by retail investors.

The company plans to use the funds raised for various purposes, including the repayment of certain outstanding borrowings, payment of consideration for buying undivided shares of land, and pursuing other strategic acquisitions and initiatives.
