Aryan Walia is a resident of Race Course, Dehradun. He accused Deepak Kumar Mittal of tricking his father, Rajpal Walia, into transferring land worth crores of rupees by promising high returns from a housing project.
The land that was transferred was worth Rs 3.2 crores.
Deepak Mittal has 9 other criminal cases against him, including one under the Gangster Act.
After the investigation, a case was registered at Rajpur police station under IPC sections 406, 420, and 120B. A Look Out Circular was issued, and the process for issuing a Red Corner Notice was completed.
In addition to Deepak Mittal, Manish Gupta, Manish Garg, and Vinita Garg are also accused of being involved in the fraud.
