The in-person training phase of the CAPABLE Program was conducted at BNCA Pune and IIT Bombay, two prestigious institutions in India.
The training sessions covered key areas such as real estate project management, marketing, legal aspects, sustainable construction, data analytics, and smart city development.
The training sessions were conducted by experienced industry experts and faculty members from BNCA Pune and IIT Bombay.
The next phase of the CAPABLE Program will focus on online training and certification. Similar in-person training sessions are also planned in other cities to reach a wider audience.
