Century Real Estate Eyes Rs 2100 Crore Sales in FY25 with New Projects in Bengaluru
Real Estate News:Century Real Estate, a leading real estate developer in Bengaluru, is targeting sales of Rs 2,100 crore in the financial year 2024-25. This ambitious goal comes after the company achieved 121% growth in residential sales bookings compared to its previous fiscal year, recording Rs 1,022 crore of sales in the Bengaluru market alone.

Ravindra Pai, Managing Director of Century Real Estate, stated, \We are close to completion of some of our marquee projects in both residential and commercial segments. We plan to develop our land parcels in Bengaluru, which will infuse inventory of over Rs 7,200 crore into the market this FY.\

The company has already sold out 96% of its residential inventory from the start of FY24. With its new projects, Century Real Estate aims to provide more options to homebuyers in Bengaluru, a city known for its growing IT industry and cosmopolitan culture.
