Located in one of the city’s most sought-after commercial zones, the project spans 14 acres off the Outer Ring Road (ORR) at Marathahalli.

The project will integrate 1.7 million sq ft of premium residential development, comprising 750 apartments, alongside 0.5 million sq ft of commercial and retail spaces.
