The MoU aims to launch a professional certificate programme for real estate developers, addressing a critical gap in professional development and providing comprehensive knowledge about the modern real estate landscape.
The programme is open to all CREDAI members, who are real estate developers and professionals in the industry.
The programme will be delivered over a period of 3-4 months in a hybrid format, combining online and on-campus modules.
The course will cover a wide range of topics including project management, sustainable development, legal and regulatory frameworks, and financial management.
CREDAI represents over 25,000 real estate professionals across India.
