CIDCO was founded on March 17, 1970, by the Maharashtra government under the Indian Companies Act, 1956.
26,000 flats are available in the first phase of the CIDCO lottery initiative.
The lottery is designed to benefit Low-Income Groups (LIG) and Economically Weaker Sections (EWS).
Candidates can register online for the lottery until November 11.
