County Group to Invest Over INR 1,200 Crore in Luxury Housing Project in Noida

The project, named Clove County, will be built on a 5-acre land parcel located in Sector 151 along the Noida Greater Noida Expressway.
The development will feature 226 premium apartments, with prices ranging between INR 10 crore and INR 18 crore. According to the company, the land was acquired through an auction for nearly INR 500 crore. This investment underscores the robust demand for high-end housing in the Noida market.
