The RED-L programme is an exclusive leadership programme designed for senior management members of Credai-affiliated real estate firms across India, to enhance their leadership and industry expertise.
Applicants must be at least 30 years old, have a graduate degree in any stream (preferred), and be proficient in English.
The programme will be delivered over five modules, each spanning four-five days, spread over five-six months, using IIMA's unique case-based pedagogy.
The programme will cover topics such as real estate economics, advanced financial tools, marketing insights, and cutting-edge technologies like AI, blockchain, and tokenisation.
The partnership aims to provide a valuable opportunity for senior professionals to sharpen their leadership skills and contribute to the growth of the real estate sector and nation-building.
