Real Estate:CREDAI Coimbatore will organise the 15th edition of FAIRPRO, Coimbatore’s biggest property expo, from 8th to 10th August 2025 at Hall E, CODISSIA Trade Fair Complex.

In connection with this, a press meet was held today (4th August 2025) at Hotel Grand Regent. Surender Vittel, Chairman, FAIRPRO 2025; Arvind Kumar, President, CREDAI Coimbatore; Sanjana Vijayakumar, Secretary; Karthik Kumar, Treasurer; and Arun, Deputy General Manager (B&O), State Bank of India, Administrative Office, Coimbatore, provided a detailed overview of the upcoming expo.

The fair will be open to the public from 10.00 AM to 8.00 PM each day. Entry is free. Arvind Kumar stated that this annual Mega Home Buying Festival will offer home buyers the widest choice of homes from reputed property developers who are members of CREDAI.

Over 100 projects from more than 25 developers will be showcased, giving visitors a wide array of options. State Bank of India, the title partner for the event, will have a large pavilion at the venue. The bank is also offering home loans at lower interest rates, providing added benefits to home buyers.

Leading banks and financial institutions such as South Indian Bank, Bank of Baroda, HDFC Bank, and LIC Housing Finance are the banking partners and will have dedicated stalls at the fair. This will enable prospective home buyers to understand their home loan eligibility and avail spot sanctions with attractive offers.

Surender Vittel highlighted that a wide range of apartments, villas, senior living communities, plots, and gated communities will be on display. Holiday plots in Coonoor and Kotagiri will also be featured. The properties on offer range from ₹20 lakhs to upwards of ₹7 crores. Developers have announced exclusive special offers for the fair, providing added benefits to prospective buyers.

The knowledge partner, JLL, will release a market survey report on Coimbatore’s real estate sector at the event. Additionally, a panel discussion by industry experts will be held on 9th August (Saturday) at 4:00 PM, providing insights into ongoing developments in the region and guiding investors on making informed decisions.

Sanjana Vijay Kumar mentioned that the region has witnessed significant growth recently. Coimbatore has seen a 52% increase in new home launches over the past year. The office space market has also shown tremendous traction, with projects covering 8.6 million sq. ft. being launched.

Rapid infrastructure development, including the metro project, airport expansion, and the Western Bypass Road, has led to growing interest in Coimbatore real estate from people across the country. The speakers also mentioned that the real estate market in Coimbatore is performing well, and they are expecting around 10,000 visitors this year, compared to the 7,000 to 7,500 visitors in the previous edition. They further emphasised that investors should visit the expo to discover the best places to invest and make informed decisions.
