These awards aim to recognize developers and projects that are driving transparency, accountability, and quality in the Indian property market.

This landmark initiative introduces a structured platform to honor developers and projects that not only build at scale but with purpose. Strengthened by recent reforms such as the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA), Goods and Services Tax (GST), Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), digitization of land records, and liberalized Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) norms, the CREDAI Awards support national priorities such as affordable housing and sustainable urbanization.
The awards recognize developers who drive innovation, integrity, and responsible growth in the sector. The evaluation process is designed to maintain the highest standards of transparency, credibility, and fairness across all categories.
