CREDAI Pune Members Explore Krisala Hiranandani Township’s Vision and Execution
Pune, 25th December 2025: Krisala Hiranandani Township recently hosted a delegation of 60 CREDAI Pune members, comprising leading real estate developers from the city, for an exclusive visit to its Experience Centre at North Hinjawadi.
The experience commenced at the Phygital Table, where the township’s strategic location, regional connectivity, and surrounding infrastructure were explained in detail, offering a clear perspective on the project’s positioning within Pune’s fast-growing corridor.
The delegation then visited the TERI Lab, where engineers demonstrated raw material testing protocols and shared insights into the measures implemented to maintain optimal Air Quality Index levels across the township. This was followed by an immersive presentation in the AV Room, outlining the vision and master planning of the township, with a focus on Everland, the first sector, and the Della Sector, highlighting design intent and long-term planning.
Commenting on the visit, Aakash Agarwal, Managing Director, said, “Engagements like these go beyond showcasing a project. They create a platform for meaningful exchange of ideas, learning from each other’s experiences, and collectively raising the benchmark for how townships are planned, built, and delivered in Pune.”
The members also toured the 2 BHK and 3 BHK sample apartments, experiencing the layouts, finishes, and quality standards firsthand. A detailed presentation by the leadership team highlighted key milestones, including the sale of 1,119 homes in the first phase within eight hours. The visit led to the exchange of deeper insights into the township’s scale, execution, and vision.
