Real Estate:The Visakhapatnam chapter of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) will host its 11th Property Expo at the Gadiraju Palace and Convention Centre from December 19 to 21. This announcement was made by CREDAI president E Ashok Kumar, who addressed the media on Saturday. Kumar emphasized that the primary goal of the expo is to bring all stakeholders under one roof, making it easier for potential homebuyers to make informed decisions about their dream homes.

Ashok Kumar also praised the NDA government’s support for the real estate sector, highlighting various government orders (GOs) that have been beneficial. He expressed gratitude to Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy Chief Minister K. Pawan Kalyan, and Minister for Municipal Administration and Urban Development P. Narayana for their efforts in providing relief to the sector. The recent reduction in GST rates on cement, he noted, will be particularly beneficial for end-users.

V Dharmender, the chairman of CREDAI Visakhapatnam, mentioned that the chapter is the ninth largest in the country and has been at the forefront of promoting home ownership among citizens. The property expo will also raise awareness about eco-friendly apartment and house construction, which are currently in progress in the city. Dharmender informed that buyers will have the opportunity to choose homes that fit their budget and preferences.

Ch. Govinda Raju, the expo convenor, stated that the event will feature 72 stalls across various categories, including platinum, premium diamond, diamond gold, silver, bronze, and pearl. Banks will offer special discounts, exclusive deals, and instant loan approvals to visitors, making the process of home buying more convenient and attractive. CREDAI Visakhapatnam secretary V. Sreenu and other executive committee members were present at the announcement.
