Credai's Vision 2047 is a comprehensive framework to transform the Indian real estate sector by 2047, focusing on land reforms, ease of doing business, and the creation of new cities.
The nine pillars are: land reforms, land banks and affordable housing, ease of doing construction, slum redevelopment and green buildings, adoption of new technologies, skill development and labor welfare, ease of living, high-level committees, and phased implementation.
