CREDAI stands for the Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India. It is a national-level organization representing private real estate developers and is dedicated to promoting ethical practices, sustainable development, and the interests of its members.
The primary objective of the General Body Meet is to set the agenda for the new term, install new leadership, and discuss key issues and initiatives that will drive the real estate sector forward.
The new president, Mr. Suresh Sharma, has outlined priorities that include promoting green building practices, enhancing transparency in the real estate sector, and fostering better communication between developers and homebuyers.
The initiatives announced include the launch of a housing program for low-income families, the development of smart cities, and the implementation of sustainable urban planning practices.
