Crest Ventures and Vensco Group Partner for Luxurious 'Crest Golfshire' in Mumbai
Crest Ventures, a well-established Mumbai-based real estate developer, has entered into a joint development agreement (JDA) with Vensco Group to launch a luxurious mixed-use residential project called 'Crest Golfshire' in Chembur, Mumbai. This landmark development, managed through Crest Urban Living, is set to redefine golf course-oriented luxury living in the city.
Spread across 2.7 acres, 'Crest Golfshire' will be situated opposite the historic Bombay Presidency Golf Course. The project is estimated to have a gross development value (GDV) of Rs 1,850 crore and is poised to become one of Mumbai's most prestigious addresses. The development will offer spacious three-BHK and four-BHK homes, meticulously designed with vastu-aligned layouts and carpet areas ranging from 1,042 sq. ft. to 2,000 sq. ft. The project will unlock over five lakh sq. ft. of saleable area and is registered under MahaRERA, with construction already underway.
