Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) played a pivotal role in advising Lighthouse Learning Private Limited (Lighthouse Learning) and its Founder and Group CEO, Mr. Prajodh Rajan, on a significant investment by KKR and PSP Investments. The transaction, announced on November 25, 2025, brings together funds managed by KKR and a new investor, Canada’s PSP Investments. This fresh injection of capital is expected to drive growth and innovation within the company, further solidifying its market leadership.
CAM’s involvement in the deal was comprehensive, covering a wide range of legal aspects. The firm advised on corporate, diligence, real estate, employment, disputes, finance, and competition matters, ensuring that all legal bases were thoroughly covered.
