Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) played a pivotal role in advising Lighthouse Learning Private Limited (Lighthouse Learning) and its Founder and Group CEO, Mr. Prajodh Rajan, on a significant investment by KKR and PSP Investments. The transaction, announced on November 25, 2025, brings together funds managed by KKR and a new investor, Canada’s PSP Investments. This fresh injection of capital is expected to drive growth and innovation within the company, further solidifying its market leadership.
