Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Welcomes Hiral Motta as Real Estate Partner
Hiral Motta has re-joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner in its Real Estate Practice, bringing with her a wealth of experience and expertise. She will be based in the Mumbai office.
Hiral has over twenty years of experience in the real estate sector. Her extensive background includes involvement in numerous real estate transactions, such as FDI investment, acquisition of agricultural lands, and the drafting of transaction documents for acquisition, disposal, leasing, and development.

Hiral initially joined Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co. in 2007. She has also worked with K Raheja Corp as Vice President Legal for the Commercial vertical. Hiral graduated from Government Law College, Mumbai, in 2005.
