ICICI Prudential Acquires ₹525 Crore Office Space in Mumbai's VIOS Tower
ICICI Prudential Office Yield Optimiser Fund – AIF II, managed by ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited, has made a significant structured acquisition of NCP Commercials Private Limited, a prominent commercial real estate company based in Mumbai. This acquisition encompasses multiple floors of the commercial office asset known as the “VIOS Tower” in Wadala, Mumbai.
The transaction is valued at over ₹525 crore and involves approximately 3 lakh sq. ft. of pre-leased office space across nine floors of the VIOS Tower. This strategic move by ICICI Prudential underscores the growing importance of commercial real estate in Mumbai, a hub for business and finance.
