Dalcore Awards Rs 225 Crore Contract to BL Gupta Construction for Gurugram Luxury Housing Project

Realty firm Dalcore has awarded a Rs 225 crore contract to BL Gupta Construction to build its luxury housing project in Gurugram. According to a statement released by the company, the construction contract has been awarded for the project, 'The Falcon,' located in Sector 53, Gurugram.

The project, spread across nearly 2 acres, boasts a built-up area of 5 lakh square feet and will consist of 96 apartments. Under the terms of the contract, BL Gupta Construction (P) Ltd will be responsible for the civil and structural construction works for the development.

In April, Dalcore announced its plans to invest Rs 500 crore to develop this luxury housing project in partnership with a global design and lifestyle brand, YOO. Founded by Philippe Starck and John Hitchcox in 1999, the London-headquartered YOO has completed over 85 projects in 36 countries, making it a renowned name in the luxury real estate sector.
