Real Estate:Are you dreaming of owning a home in Delhi? The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has made it possible with the launch of the DDA Housing Scheme 2024. The online registration process for the scheme has started, and the flat booking will commence from September 10.

The DDA is offering over 40,000 flats in various locations across Delhi, including Narela, Rohini, Siraspur, Ramgarh, and Loknayakpuram. The flats are available under three schemes DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024, DDA General Housing Scheme 2024, and DDA Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024.

The DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024 is a housing scheme for the disposal of about 34,177 flats under LIG and EWS at Narela, Rohini, Siraspur, Ramgarh Colony, and Loknayakpuram in different tranches. The flats will be disposed of on a first-come-first-serve basis. For EWS category, family income should not exceed Rs 10 lakh annually.

The price range of the flats varies from Rs 11.54 lakh for EWS to Rs 25.2 lakh for LIG. There are a large number of flats up for sale between these prices.

To be eligible for the scheme, the applicant must be a citizen of India, have completed 18 years of age as on the last date of submission of the application, and have a permanent account number (PAN) card. For EWS category, the family income of an applicant as well as of joint/co-applicant should not exceed Rs 10 Lakh per annum.

The applicants can register for the scheme by visiting the official website of DDA — www.dda.gov.in or https //eservices.dda.org.in. They need to create login credentials using PAN and other details, login with the same credentials, and register for DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024 (FCFS) by paying a non-refundable amount of Rs 2,500 (including GST).

Those applicants who have already registered themselves in FCFS Phase IV or Diwali Special Housing Scheme 2023 (FCFS) need not register again. Persons already registered in FCFS Phase IV or Diwali Special Housing Scheme 2023 (FCFS) and new applicants successfully registered for this FCFS scheme will be able to book the flats on offer.

All flats will be offered in different tranches (in phase manner). Booking will commence from September 10, 2024. Once a specific flat is selected online, the applicant will be given a window of 15 minutes’ time to deposit booking amount in online mode (Internet Banking, Debit/Credit Card only), through a single transaction only.

The DDA is also offering flats under its General Housing Scheme 2024 and the DDA Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024 for various categories including HIG, MIG, and LIG.

The DDA General Housing Scheme 2024 offers 5,531 flats in Jasola, Loknayakpuram, and Narela, with prices starting from Rs 29 lakh onwards.

The DDA Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024 offers 173 flats in Sector 14, 16B, and 19B in Dwarka, with prices starting from Rs 1.28 crore onwards.
