The DDA Housing Scheme 2024 is a housing scheme launched by the Delhi Development Authority, offering over 40,000 flats in various locations across Delhi.
You can register for the scheme by visiting the official website of DDA — www.dda.gov.in or https://eservices.dda.org.in and creating login credentials using PAN and other details.
The price range of the flats varies from Rs 11.54 lakh for EWS to Rs 25.2 lakh for LIG.
The applicant must be a citizen of India, have completed 18 years of age as on the last date of submission of the application, and have a permanent account number (PAN) card.
The flat booking will commence from September 10, 2024.
