Real Estate News:Now, own your house in Delhi for just Rs 11 lakh! The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has begun the online registration process for over 40,000 flats in Delhi’s locations like Narela, Rohini, Siraspur, Ramgarh, and Loknayakpuram.

The DDA is offering over 40,000 flats under three schemes — DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024 (for EWS and LIG), DDA General Housing Scheme 2024 (for LIG, MIG, HIG), and DDA Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024 (LIG, MIG, and HIG).

LIG stands for low-income group, MIG for middle-income group, and HIG for high-income group.

Key Dates for the DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024

Online registration starts August 22, 2024 (11 am)
Flat booking starts September 10, 2024 (11 am)

The DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024 is a housing scheme for the disposal of about 34,177 flats under LIG and EWS at Narela, Rohini, Siraspur, Ramgarh Colony, and Loknayakpuram in different tranches. The flats will be disposed of on a first-come-first-serve basis. For EWS category, family income should not exceed Rs 10 lakh annually.

The flats under the DDA scheme are available at Siraspur, Loknayakpuram, Ramgarh, Narela, and Rohini.

Price Range
The price ranges from Rs 11.54 lakh for EWS or economically weaker section (who have an annual family income not exceeding Rs 10 lakh) to Rs 25.2 lakh for LIG. There are a large number of flats up for sale between these prices.

Eligibility

The applicant must be a citizen of India.
He/ she should have completed 18 years of age as on the last date of submission of the application.
The family income of an applicant as well as of joint/co-applicant applying for EWS flats should not exceed Rs 10 Lakh per annum in case of both the families considered separately. There is no income criterion for other categories, except EWS.
Applicant must have a permanent account number (PAN) card.

How to Apply?

1. Visit the official website of DDA — www.dda.gov.in or https //eservices.dda.org.in.
2. Create login credentials using PAN and other details
3. Login with the same credentials
4. Register for DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024 (FCFS) by paying a non-refundable amount of Rs 2,500 (including GST).

Those applicants who have already registered themselves in FCFS Phase IV or Diwali Special Housing Scheme 2023 (FCFS) need not register again. Persons already registered in FCFS Phase IV or Diwali Special Housing Scheme 2023 (FCFS) and new applicants successfully registered for this FCFS scheme will be able to book the flats on offer.

All flats will be offered in different tranches (in phase manner). Booking will commence from September 10, 2024. Once a specific flat is selected online, he/she will be given a window of 15 minutes’ time to deposit booking amount in online mode (Internet Banking, Debit/Credit Card only), through a single transaction only. During the period of 15 minutes, that specific flat will not be available for selection by other persons.

The DDA is also offering flats under its General Housing Scheme 2024, and the DDA Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024 for various categories including HIG, MIG, and LIG.
