The DDA Premium Housing Scheme 2025 is a housing initiative by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) offering over 150 flats and garages in various categories across Delhi. The scheme aims to provide affordable and quality housing options to residents.
Registrations for the DDA Premium Housing Scheme 2025 started on August 21, 2025.
The scheme offers flats in the High-Income Group (HIG), Middle-Income Group (MIG), Low-Income Group (LIG), Expandable Housing Scheme (EHS), and Self-Financing Scheme (SFS) categories.
You can apply by participating in an e-auction. Registrations are accepted until October 24, and e-auctions will take place on October 6, 7, and 8. You can register on the DDA website at https://dda.etender.sbi or https://eservices.dda.org.in.
The processing fee for applying to the DDA Premium Housing Scheme is Rs 2,500, which is non-adjustable and non-refundable.
