The DDA Premium Housing Scheme 2025 is set to be launched in early August.
The scheme offers nearly 250 residential flats and over 60 garages across prime locations in Delhi.
The pricing range for HIG flats is ₹1.6 – 2.5 Cr.
Interested applicants can register and participate through DDA’s online portal, where each flat and garage will be auctioned on a per-unit basis.
Policy reforms include reducing amalgamation charges from 10% to 1% of circle rates and lowering commercial auction rates from 2× to 1.5× circle rate.
