The DDA Premium Housing Scheme 2025 is a housing initiative by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) offering around 250 housing units and car/scooter garages in prime areas of Delhi.
The flats and garages are located in prime areas such as Vasant Kunj, Dwarka, Rohini, Pitampura, Jasola, Ashoka Pahari, and others.
The price ranges for the flats are as follows: HIG flats from ₹1.64 crore to ₹2.54 crore, MIG flats from ₹60 lakh to ₹1.5 crore, LIG flats from ₹39 lakh to ₹54 lakh, and SFS Category-II flats from ₹90 lakh to ₹1.07 crore.
The DDA has also announced a reduction in amalgamation charges for commercial properties from 10% to 1% of the circle rate, aimed at making underutilized plots financially viable for developers.
The DDA Premium Housing Scheme 2025 is expected to launch in August 2025.
