The DDA has approved reforms to reduce amalgamation charges for commercial properties from 10% to 1% of the circle rate, align property valuations with market rates, and launch the Housing Scheme 2025 offering 177 residential flats via e-auction.
The 177 residential flats are located in prime areas of Delhi, including Vasant Kunj, Dwarka, Rohini, Pitampura, Jasola, Ashoka Pahari, and others.
