The DDA has launched three housing schemes for 2024, offering nearly 40,000 flats across various income groups. The Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024 targets EWS and LIG with 34,177 flats. Another scheme, Madhyam Vargiya Housing Scheme 2024 (Middle-class) offers 5,531 flats for MIG and HIG buyers. The Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024 features 173 premium flats, including penthouses and super HIG units, in sectors 14, 16B, and 19B of Dwarka.

The Madhyam Vargiya Housing Scheme 2024 is a government-sponsored housing scheme aimed at providing affordable housing to middle-income families in Delhi. The scheme is for disposal of approx. 5,531 flats at Narela, Loknayakpuram, and Jasola in different tranches. The scheme is an online scheme on a First Come First Serve (FCFS) Basis.

They have to create login credentials using PAN and other details & thereafter log in with the same and register themselves for DDA Madhyam Vargiya Housing Scheme 2024 (FCFS) by paying a sum of Rs. 2,500. This amount is to be paid online and is non-refundable.

The registration has opened with effect from August 22, 2024. Those applicants who have already registered themselves in FCFS Phase IV or Diwali Special Housing Scheme 2023 (FCFS) need not register again.

Persons already registered in FCFS Phase IV or Diwali Special Housing Scheme 2023 (FCFS) and new applicants successfully registered for this FCFS scheme will be able to book the flats on offer.

Interested persons can check all relevant details like the size of the flats, location of the pocket, price, and Layout plan of the flat/pocket online at https //eservices.dda.org.in.

All these flats are in ready-to-move-in condition. The desired persons can apply online at https //eservices.dda.org.in and will have a choice to book a specific flat on a ‘First Come First Serve’ basis.

The Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024 targets the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Low-Income Group (LIG). A total of 34,177 flats are available at prices ranging from Rs 11.5 lakh to Rs 28.47 lakh. These units are located in areas like Ramgarh Colony, Siraspur, Lok Nayak Puram, Rohini, and Narela.

The Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024 This premium scheme offers 173 high-end flats, including penthouses and super HIG units, in sectors 14, 16B, and 19B of Dwarka. Prices start from Rs 1.28 crore and can go up to Rs 5 crore.
