The 'Sasta Ghar' scheme is an initiative by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) to make homeownership more accessible by offering a 25% discount on housing to eligible beneficiaries.
Eligible beneficiaries include construction workers, auto and taxi drivers, women, Vir Nari (widows of military personnel), ex-servicemen, gallantry and Arjuna awardees, individuals with disabilities (divyangjans), and those from Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.
