The court cited a lack of clarity in the previous magisterial court order and the need for a detailed examination of Gambhir's involvement, as well as the financial transactions and their nexus to the investors' funds.
By 2016, the project had reportedly seen no significant development, despite payments made by flat buyers, and was entangled in legal disputes.
