The advocate who was fined by the Delhi High Court is Gulshan Babbar.
The real estate company involved in the case is M/s IREO Residences Company Pvt. Ltd.
The petitions were dismissed on the grounds of lack of locus standi and non-maintainability, as the advocate had no direct connection with the projects in question and had made false declarations.
The judge who passed the order is Justice Manmeet Pritam Singh Arora.
