The India Electric Mobility Index (IEMI) is a comprehensive evaluation tool developed by Niti Aayog to assess the performance of states and Union Territories in the transition to electric vehicles. It evaluates performance across 16 indicators under three themes: EV adoption, charging infrastructure readiness, and EV technology and innovation.
