Real Estate:The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) has announced extended Saturday hours for its assessment and collection department, effective until June 30, to assist property owners in meeting their tax obligations. This initiative aims to facilitate the payment process for the current financial year 2024-25 and offers a 10% rebate on lump sum payments made before the deadline.

Additionally, MCD is organizing camps across various locations in collaboration with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) and market associations. Property owners are encouraged to utilize the online portal, www.mcdonline.nic.in, for their transactions and geo-tag their properties. MCD has implemented multiple payment methods, including UPI, wallets, demand drafts, and online payment gateways, to streamline the process.
