DLF Achieves Record ₹21,223 Crore Bookings in FY25, Exceeding Guidance by 44%
Real Estate News:Realty major DLF Ltd has reported its highest-ever annual sales bookings of ₹21,223 crore for FY25, surpassing its annual guidance of ₹17,000 crore by 44%. The company recorded a 39% year-on-year (YoY) increase in its fourth quarter sales, reporting ₹2,035 crore compared to the same period last year.

The surge in sales was primarily driven by two of DLF’s luxury residential projects: The Dahlias and DLF Privana West. The Dahlias, DLF's latest ultra-luxury offering, generated ₹13,744 crore in bookings, while Privana West saw a complete sell-out during its soft launch in May 2024, contributing ₹5,600 crore to the annual sales.

“This marked yet another year of consistent outperformance,” the company said, citing a 44% YoY growth in total consolidated bookings compared to FY24’s ₹14,778 crore. “The humbling response to our latest offering underscores our brand’s strength and our commitment to customer centricity.”

According to DLF, The Dahlias has already achieved 39% monetisation of its estimated total sales potential within its first year—an indicator of strong demand in the super-luxury segment.

During the post-results analysts call, Aakash Ohri, Joint Managing Director and Chief Business Officer, highlighted strong market traction for both Privana and the upcoming Mumbai project, driven by interest from local buyers and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs). “Privana projects sold last year are currently trading at a premium of ₹2,500 to ₹4,000 per sq. ft.,” Ohri noted.

DLF plans to launch the next phase of Privana in Q1 FY26, with the Mumbai development expected in the second half of the fiscal year.

Ohri also pointed to the rising demand for quality housing in Gurugram, calling it “a very solid investment option,” supported by the presence of Cyber City and a robust workforce ecosystem.

With its FY25 performance, DLF has further solidified its position in India’s luxury housing market, entering the new financial year with strong momentum.
