DLF Aims for Rs 20,000-22,000 Crore Sales in FY26; Launches Phase 2 of The Dahlias
Real Estate News:DLF, one of India’s leading real estate developers, has set an ambitious sales target of Rs 20,000-22,000 crore for the financial year 2025-26. This projection is based on the company's strong performance in the previous fiscal year and its robust launch pipeline for the coming months and years.

In FY25, DLF achieved its highest-ever sales booking of Rs 21,223 crore, with a significant Q4 FY25 booking of Rs 2,035 crore, marking a 39% YoY increase compared to Q4 FY24. The consolidated sales booking in FY25 increased by 44% YoY, from Rs 14,778 crore in FY24.

Ashok Tyagi, Managing Director of DLF, stated during an analyst call on May 20, “We will continue to be broadly at this level that we achieved last (financial) year. We should be in the range of Rs 20,000 crore to Rs 22,000 crore this time. So right now our sales guidance is Rs 20,000-Rs 22,000 crore for FY26.”

The company has a strong demand for luxury homes and plans to launch housing properties worth over Rs 17,000 crore in the current fiscal year. In its latest investor presentation on May 20, DLF informed investors that it had launched 7.5 million square feet of area during the last financial year, with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 40,600 crore.

Aakash Ohri, Joint Managing Director and Chief Business Officer of DLF, highlighted the company's upcoming launches. He mentioned that Privana North in Gurugram and a housing project in Mumbai are expected to be launched in Q1FY26. The second phase of the super-luxury project, The Dahlias, will be launched around November-December 2025. The Goa project is also expected to be launched in the second half of the financial year.

Ohri further noted, “So today, there is a sizeable demand for both the products which include Privana and Mumbai, from the micro-geographies, rest of the countries, as well as the NRIs. For Privana North, as soon as we have our paperwork done in terms of RERA and all, we will be in the market soon.”

Regarding the delay in the Mumbai project, Tyagi explained that it is due to the complexity of approvals required for a slum rehabilitation society. “Because it (Mumbai project) is a slum rehabilitation society with multiple society rules, so a lot of those approvals have to be taken. It is just the multiplicity of small approvals which has led to a delay, but I think now we are looking good,” he said.

DLF has a rich history of developing over 185 real estate projects, covering an area of more than 352 million square feet since its inception. The company reported a 59% YoY increase in its consolidated net profit to Rs 4,357 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, reflecting its strong financial health and market position.
