Rajiv Singh's remuneration increased by 34% in FY25, from Rs 27.30 crore in the previous fiscal year to Rs 36.65 crore.
The increase in remuneration for DLF's managing directors, Ashok Kumar Tyagi and Devinder Singh, was based on achievements against targeted business parameters such as consolidated profit after tax, cash flows, construction spends, and pre-sales.
DLF's net profit in FY25 was Rs 4,366.82 crore, a significant increase from Rs 2,723.53 crore in the preceding year.
DLF has set a target to sell housing properties worth Rs 20,000-22,000 crore during the fiscal year 2025-26.
