DLF reported record sales collections and significant new sales bookings in FY25, marking a 29 per cent year-on-year increase in consolidated revenue to ₹8,996 crore.
DLF launched 7.5 million sq ft of saleable area in FY25, with a revenue potential of ₹40,600 crore. Notable projects include The Dahlias and Privana, which received enthusiastic responses.
DLF is focusing on expanding its residential, commercial, and retail segments. The company plans to launch residential projects worth over ₹17,000 crore in FY26 and has a development pipeline of approximately 2.60 million square metres in office and retail spaces.
DLF's rental business, which includes offices, retail, and hospitality, operated at a robust occupancy level of 94 per cent in FY25. The company expects rental revenues to exceed ₹10,000 crore over this period.
