Kritika’s distinguished career spans key positions with Hyatt, IHG, Oberoi, and Pride. She is also no stranger to DoubleTree by Hilton Pune, where she earlier contributed as Training Executive and Assistant Manager – HR & Training, successfully supporting HR strategies and audits. Most recently, she served as Learning Manager at Hyatt, Ahmedabad, where she led talent and training initiatives, enhancing organizational performance and employee satisfaction.
Kritika holds an MBA in Human Resources from Pune University and has undertaken certifications in Leadership, Train-the-Trainer, POSH, and Quality Assurance.
