Following her litigation experience, she moved in-house to ReNew Power Ventures, where she advised on land acquisition for wind and solar projects across multiple states in India. At Siemens India, Sharma served as Senior Legal Counsel, where she handled a wide range of dispute resolution and complex real estate transactions. Her expertise in these areas was further enhanced when she was selected under Siemens' young leaders' programme. As part of this program, she was deputed to the Indian Institute of Bangalore, where she received advanced training and leadership development. Following this, she assumed an international role as Regional Compliance Officer for Siemens Mobility, Asia Pacific, where she managed compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
