Real Estate Maharashtra:In a significant CSR initiative, IndoSpace, India's largest developer and manager of Grade A industrial real estate, has collaborated with Magic Bus India Foundation to empower women from rural Maharashtra. The Young Women Fellowship Programme (YWFP) has successfully graduated its first cohort of 52 women, selected from areas around Chakan and Khopoli in Maharashtra, where IndoSpace operates two large logistic parks.

The programme aims to equip every woman with life skills, entrepreneurial knowledge, and leadership skills necessary to become self-reliant and change agents for their communities. The comprehensive programme included a rigorous candidate screening, identification and enrolment process, followed by extensive training modules, exposure visits, personality enhancement, business acumen skills workshop, and mentoring sessions.
