The primary goal is to achieve zero liquid discharge (ZLD), ensuring no untreated effluent is released into the Panchganga River.
The plant will be constructed in the industrial areas of Kolhapur, Ichalkaranji, Hatkanangale, and Yadrav.
State-of-the-art effluent treatment technologies, including advanced filtration systems, reverse osmosis, and chemical treatment processes, will be used.
The construction is expected to be completed within 24 months.
