A farmer-turned-real estate agent in Pune has been arrested for the murder of a fair price shop owner, driven by suspicions of black magic.

The motive behind the murder was the suspect's suspicion of black magic.
The victim was Ganpat Genba Khutwad, a 52-year-old fair price shop owner.
The suspect was Swapnil Dnyanoba Khutwad, a 30-year-old farmer-turned-real estate agent.
The body was found in the Gunjawani riverbed near Hatve village.
The Pune Rural Police investigated the case and arrested the suspect.
