The G Square Seven Hills project spans 714 acres, with Phase 1 covering 406 acres and the remaining 308 acres designated for joint ventures and various developments.
The project is located in Coimbatore, specifically along the Western Ghats adjacent to the Palakkad Gap in Kovaipudhur near Madukkarai. It spans Perur, Chettipalayam, Sundakkamuthur, and Theethipalayam.
Phase 1 of the G Square Seven Hills project covers 406 acres and features 3,127 DTCP and RERA-approved premium plots.
