The total value of the housing projects being developed by Godrej Properties is Rs 9,650 crore.
Godrej Properties has acquired six land parcels.
The land parcels are located in key areas of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and Pune, including Navi Mumbai, Thane, and Kharadi.
The total area of the acquired lands is approximately 150 acres.
Godrej Properties plans to develop these lands over the next five years.
