(GPL) has announced the successful launch of its latest residential project, Godrej Evergreen Square in Hinjewadi, Pune.
Launched in November 2024, just four months after acquiring the land, the project has already sold over 1,398 homes worth ₹1,000 crore.
This milestone makes it GPL’s most successful residential launch in Pune, both in terms of sales value and volume.
The project spans 1.23 million square feet of sold inventory, as stated in a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges.
