Godrej Properties has sold residential properties worth ₹1,000 crore in their new project, Godrej Evergreen Square, located in Hinjewadi, Pune.
Godrej Properties has sold 1,398 residential units with a total area of 1.23 million (12.3 lakh) square feet in Godrej Evergreen Square.
Godrej Evergreen Square has a developable potential of 2.41 million (24.1 lakh) square feet.
Godrej Evergreen Square was launched in November 2024.
The estimated revenue potential of Godrej Evergreen Square is about ₹2,045 crore.
