Godrej Properties recently emerged as the highest bidder for a 7.8 acre land parcel in Kukatpally, Hyderabad, with a total combined bid value of ₹547.78 crore. The land parcel is estimated to have a revenue potential of ₹3,800 crore.
In the June quarter, Godrej Properties' net profit increased by 15.4% to ₹600 crore from the previous year, while its revenue declined by 41% to ₹435 crore. The company reported an EBITDA loss of ₹243 crore in the June quarter.
