Kharadi-Wagholi is an attractive real estate market in Pune due to its proximity to IT parks, excellent connectivity to educational institutions, hospitals, shopping centres, and the Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj International Airport.
The newly acquired land by Godrej Properties is expected to yield a developable area of nearly 3.7 million square feet.
For Q4FY25, Godrej Properties reported a 35.35 per cent year-on-year increase in revenue from operations, rising to Rs 2,646 crore from Rs 1,952 crore in the same quarter last year. However, profit after tax (PAT) declined by 19 per cent to Rs 382 crore compared to Rs 471 crore in Q4FY24.
Over a longer horizon of five years, Godrej Properties has delivered multibagger returns, rising by 227 per cent.
