Godrej Properties Acquires 23-Acre Land in Greater Noida for Rs 500 Cr to Boost Housing Projects
Godrej Properties Ltd has made a significant move in the real estate market by acquiring a 23.2-acre land parcel in Greater Noida through an auction for over Rs 500 crore. The company plans to develop a housing project on this land, which is expected to generate an estimated revenue of Rs 7,000 crore.
In a regulatory filing, Godrej Properties informed that it has won the bid for the 23.2 acres (93,905 square metre) residential land parcel in the DMIC integrated township, Greater Noida. The auction was conducted by DMIC Integrated Industrial Township, Greater Noida Ltd.
This acquisition is part of Godrej Properties' broader strategy to expand its housing projects and meet the growing demand in key markets. In 2025-26 alone, the company acquired 18 land parcels for housing projects, with a combined revenue potential of Rs 42,100 crore.

Godrej Properties is one of the leading real estate developers in the country, with a track record of delivering nearly 80 million sq ft of projects since 2017-18. The company is known for its strategic land acquisitions, both outright and through partnerships with landowners, to build a robust land bank for future projects.
In terms of financial performance, Godrej Properties has set ambitious targets for the current fiscal year. The company aims to achieve Rs 39,000 crore in sales bookings or pre-sales, compared to a record Rs 34,171 crore in 2025-26. Additionally, it targets to collect Rs 24,000 crore from customers during this fiscal, up from Rs 19,965 crore in the previous year.
The company's strong financial health is reflected in its recent performance. In the 2025-26 fiscal year, Godrej Properties' net profit grew to Rs 1,850.20 crore from Rs 1,399.89 crore in the preceding year. Its total income also rose to Rs 8,410.88 crore from Rs 6,967.05 crore in 2024-25.
