Real Estate Pune:Godrej Properties (GPL) shares are in the spotlight following the company's remarkable achievement in its Pune project, Godrej Evergreen Square.
The project has generated sales of Rs 1,000 crore, with over 1,398 homes sold, covering a total area of 1.23 million square feet.

The Mumbai-based real estate developer launched Godrej Evergreen Square in November 2024, just four months after acquiring the land.
According to a regulatory filing, this launch has become GSL’s most successful in Pune in terms of both value and volume of sales.

Godrej Evergreen Square has a developable potential of 2.41 million square feet, with an estimated revenue potential of approximately Rs 2,045 crore.
This significant project enhances Godrej Properties' presence in the western suburbs of Pune.
